Students that take this class have little, if not any drawing background. I start from the very beginning, talking about contour line drawings, positive and negative space, the guidelines to a good composition, and shading techniques. I teach them to draw what they see, not what they think they see. The technique is rewarding and a very positive one!

Please see some of the wonderful things they have done, and keep in mind they are all BEGINNERS! So don't say "you can't draw" because EVERYONE CAN!
